Our Co-Founder and CEO Richard Murray was recently interviewed by Forbes for the entrepreneur column. In the article, he talks about the challenges startups face in developing game-changing technology; without clear use cases and market certainty, they must fund themselves and stay motivated while playing the long game.

He explains how no one is entirely certain when quantum computing will become useful, however, likely use cases will include machine learning and system optimization.

He also talks about our recent sales to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Israel Quantum Computing Centre.

While the industry is dominated by big tech, Richard thinks there is room for diverse players, delivering their own pros and cons depending on the use case. For ORCA, our skill sets and differentiated technology mean we bring something unique to the market.
